Keep in mind that Youtube is always changing and evolving, but its algorithm is mostly based on human psychology. You can adapt your content to your audience, but don't change your content into something that doesn't feel right with who you are. Youtube isn't a sprint, the passion you put into your work is what will resonate with the right people. Stay strong !! 💪

I just found your channel, and I long suspected this was how the algorithm worked. Now, having positive confirmation on how exactly consistent, organic channel growth takes place, I feel more focused, motivated, and hopeful. I believe I found my sub-niche this week, which made me really happy because it was - perhaps, not coincidentally - the type of video I enjoy doing the most within my niche.
So, thank you for doing what you do.

Awesome video. I am small YouTuber, and I think that for small channels the most important thing is to get good presence from the beginning. If you are not popular, people won't care even if you have the best videos and the best content on platform. I am not beginner anymore, but I know how hard it can be (and honestly if I didn't use a lot of Fame- ster, I would have quit a long time ago. It made everything much easier for me, especially getting to 1000 subs and view hours).

Ngl finding a niche is probably the hardest thing for my gaming channel since I like all kinds of games and don't really play them in a unique way or anything like that.
What I came up with was streaming games and then turning my entire playthrough into one single long video (depending on the length of the game).
So basically just making sure that each video feels like a journey with a start and an end but I feel like that's not really even a niche to begin with...
