i really hope you can answer this really sooon! I'm planning to pre-order two albums which contain posters. Am I supposed to only have one album marked with the tube option so that both posters are in one tube or do I have to mark the option for both albums?

@Carolina Dias Glad this video helped! As to your problem, are you using their Japanese site? Make sure to use their global site. You can change it to global if you got to the upper left hand side of the page (above their logo). Let me know if you're still having problems.

Thank you for this upload! I really appreciate that advice about the gifting option. I don't like it when they post office open up the package. I was afraid they were going to charge me extra if I put that. Btw, would it be better to order the items as non-registered or registered small packet? I'm scared to lose my items so I pay for the registered small packet. >.< Thank you again!

hey! this was really helpful since i live in canada too so thank you (: especially about the gift/merchandise option, the customs thing was a concern for me! i'm just unsure about two things tho. what do you do for "value on the package" ? i was watching another youtuber who also did a video on how to order from ktown4u (she lives in sweden tho) & in the comments section, in reply to another comment she said it was important to fill out ?? and second, for the shipping option, i was going to pick "put basic shipping address" instead of "direct input." but seeing you pick "direct input" has got me confused lol i guess what i'm trying to ask is whatever option i choose, will it affect my order at all? sorry for this being too long! i just want to make sure that i'm being clear. also, it's my first time ordering from there so i don't wanna make any mistakes aha

Thanks for the video! Just wondering what currency they actually charge your credit card in? If we're on the global site, is it charged in USD or is it only showing USD for an exchange rate reference? (I'm in Canada as well.)

Hey Jorinda! So I ordered this poster from their free poster event. When I made the order, I clicked the option of having a tube for my poster. When I got my order, only a tube came and no poster. I asked Ktown4u what happened. According to them, I just ordered a tube. Did I miss something here ? Help please :(

Hi! Thanks for the video! I have a question though. I ordered a presale album recently from ktown4u (hasn't been 24hr) and I paid and whatnot. My bank account and PayPal both show that I've paid however I got an email saying I haven't paid. When I go to the site and see my order it says payment accepted. Is this normal? Did I screw something up?

Anyways, so I bought another album from ktown4u and I accidentally imputed my address twice for example: 12344 rainbow ave 12344 rainbow ave Los Angeles, California 81366. Is that okay?
