Ayo. I'm not %100 sure with this, but I'm about %98 sure those characters are Mammon (left) and Lucifer (right) from "Obey Me!". It kinda has an anime, but it's way more known for being a phone game (dating sim/otome/whatever), and the game was around for way longer than the anime. Again, I'm not completely sure, but they look a lot like the characters.
