My dissociation has been terrible for about ten years now but I finally managed to pick up a book and read it recreationally, cover to cover, in about a month. I'm so proud of myself because reading used to be so important to me before I got so chronically spaced out. I mean I was only able to do it because I spent so much time I hospital but I'm trying to see it as a win π
