After 3min I wanted to turn off this video as soon as you said 60% clicked off this video.
It is your energy, it has changed, the hype and energy behind your voice from the past is gone. The energy emitted through the old twitch streams was nuts and everyone loved it.
Everyone is living their lives, last thing they want is monotone voice or go through analysis where they seek entertainment.
Change your tone for videos, stop emitting boomer energy.
If there isn’t anything interesting don’t add it to video.
Reason why Twitch worked is because people were always curious about your reaction and how to trigger you.
In YouTube your channel is monotonous. I haven’t seen your recent videos because last video probably was not giving the vibes.
I do check on you now and then as a old og viewer just the content isn’t the same anymore.

To be fair Grossie. You have neglected the marathon for a few weeks now. Uploading too late, not uploading, irregular uploading. If you cut into the videos and make em 30 minutes people will watch.

Once you started streaming you put a lot less effort into YouTube.. rushing to upload a video in the last half hour of the day then uploading it for the sake of uploading just to keep the marathon and posting very late at night is not gonna keep people engaged!
Just focus on streaming and get an editor to put the highlights into YouTube or Shorts?

You're only 3 months in you're not going see the subs so soon, people like me that have watched you for years know full well you can't commit to nothing.
You give up far too soon and you've let the previous viewers down too many times.
It will never grow to what it was by changing things constantly, you know how you got thousands of viewers before was due to streaming everydau and making decent videos.

Cutting the videos completely is not going to increase your viewership/engagement on kick or YT.
Why can't you just treat your first game of the day on your stream as your YT video and cut the game from the VOD and upload it?
Cross promotion is important. For those of us that can't catch the streams this is pretty shit.

The people who do really well for views are people who do take clips from 1 GAME on their stream and make it into a 10-13 min video, this is a nice length and it leaves people wanting more and doesn't get to the point of... "I'm done with this now", as you said, people these days have short attention spans.

Videos are boring, streams have your naked gf plastered on the middle of the screen and tts, the only entertaining part, is apparently too expensive because they pop up once every 30 minutes

One of the problems is your viewers from years back when you were alot more popular have grown up, we have less time and are in our mid 20s and 30s now. Younger audiences won't know who you are.
