I'll admit the biggest curveball is her impromptu self report suicidal ideation that now stays on her permanent record, impacting her ability to retain custody as well as necessitating 1: an initial ER medical psychological field analysis. (Expensive).
2: Post-bail, court mandated follow up psychological test.
3: bail fee, multiple citations, attorney fees, court fees, community expenditure fees. ~$30,000+.
4. Loss of employment.
5. Associated cost of potentially losing custody.
6. Now bf suing her for damages, physical, mental, etc. ~$25,000.

Of course she's going to get arrested she made a fake call. It's the same in Germany you'll have to pay for it if there's no threat either you get a bill or get arrested if being unreasonable. She's hysterical and very defensive from the beginning so most of the people would think something isn't alright. Not defending the cops but both parties could've acted differently/better. Also who tf calls cops just to "threaten" a person in most cases there will be collateral damage especially in America.

This kind of thing gets at people’s like 2010-Minecraft-bullying-squeakers-compilation instinct where they go “Oh that’s an annoying person, they should die” rather than empathizing with the fact that no matter how annoying someone is the police are infinitely more insane in this situation. The woman in this video sucks and is probably a loser but those things are not PUNISHABLE BY ASSAULT AND ARREST. Police operate on these schoolyard bully rules where they’re assuming that someone just being dislikable gives them jurisdiction to attack them.
