I dig this. Really love how "Texas Country" and "Alt-Country" singer-songwriters don't mince words in expressing their anguish in the wake of a breakup or heartbreak of sorts. Country-pop is way too fucking polished imo.... this is the real shit. Earnest and honest as all hell.
