Tbh the comment section has a weird mentality. They just a group of people they see and assume that is feminism. What I want to tell you people that you are really privileged and live in an economically and socially flourishing area but I am not. I am a feminist and I need it because I wanna live independently. I have seen a lot of women being abused by domestic violence and rape cases around me. And as long as men don't stand up for sexual abuses against them nobody is gonna know. And I have dealt with a lot of sexism. Yeah it's true that it's hard to live by pointing out sexism in everything because it is too normalised. But I think it's better to speak up than remain quiet.

1. Feminism is brought by the education progress, openness of ideology, and, of course, the objective injustice existing between men and women in job, wealth and power.
2. The real feminism never means man-hating. Feminism is the belief in the economic, social and political equality between sexes, which aims to stop stereotypes and injustice on the female group.
3. Gender equality is not contradictory with the feminism. The female group is the disadvantaged one in almost every country in the world (just different by degree), and if we abandon the word of "feminism" and just use slogans like "rights equity", the
real aspect of the issue will be avoided.
4. Feminism should not be stopped by boundaries or culture, in fact it's about humanity and rights, please not trying to persuade feminist with cultural differences or nationalism. Just excuses.

I'm all for equality,
I'd really like to see the male population get the same preferential treatment that women do, especially in family court, employment quota hiring and welfare services.

Capitalism had the tendency to sell feminism as 'Of course, young lady, you can experience freedom in your own car, own your own house, etc...', but all that happened is that house prices quadrupled, and everything else got more expensive much faster than anticipated. Meaning : there is no turning back. Wages followed a sort of index, but it would be impossible to buy all you could on one wage only. Women work harder than ever, but don't get any richer (apart from a few exceptions). Single mums are numerous, but are mostly having hard financial times. Capitalism has a way to enslave people and it should be completely reset. This happened after WWII. Not many people (in Europe) had something right after WWII. The needs then made the financial opportunities great (for men mostly). It all went sideways in the late 70's, imo. And women got caught up in that same mill, whilst we still make her paint her face and dance. I am a bit ashamed of that, being a man.

What is going on in the comment section? Yes, women are treated different, sometimes in a "good way" (like in court) and yes, men too. You don't have to invalidate other people's issues to prove something. I think it's great to speak about men's issues, just don't just use them to "prove feminists worng".
