I like what Ray said about india & other low debt countries better. Just not sure how to invest there without a 3rd party intermediary, which brings much counter party risk. I like paid for real estate. Then if I have to adjust me rents down I can. Working on paying off all debt burdens now with inflated $$$ hope i get there before the shit hits the fan

Agree to disagree , we tend to give lower interest consignment loans to huge billion dollar companies in which never pat the loans back to banks yet also forget without jobs workers no one will fix the machines. Regardless of how the machine seems to help your counting on a man made machine then teach, on top of were making the dollar of zero value.
