This is the best of all his albums in my opinion. Being a fan for around 50 years it was the sound of him that made me forget the sadness when the Beatles departed. It was the mixture of classic / rock that was so new then. Especially the Paul Buckmaster and Gus Dudgeon additions to his songs were absolutely new to me. For me together with "Songs in the Key of Life" by Stevie and "Abbey Road" by the Beatles the highlight of the music decades which I was part of. German fan with 66 years of age, having enjoyed several concerts in Germany and also one in Las Vegas.
