Literally 95% of the videos that I've watched about reversing alopecia areata was from people who focused on be happy. Currently I found two spots in my hair during this pandemic when I was cutting it. So, I am doing two courses diploma and graduation at the same time in another country, working in a very stressful job as a chef, and having exams all together. I think I need to slow down.

I have alopecia also and mine is a headband style. So sides back and some in front. I know your pain. And you are STRONG.. I've had mine for years and I'm scared to wear my hair up or even get a wash at a salon. Self esteem issues.. I'm proud of you for showing us your story.
PS I think mine is tension alapecia

I know you probably hear this all the time, youāre beautiful with or without hair. Iāve been working on a bald spot right in the front on the top of my head for about 30 years. Iām an old lady, 82 and I shouldnāt care but I do. Iām in a panic because I canāt cover the front anymore. I donāt have a beautiful face like you. Youāve made me feel ashamed so Iām going to get a better attitude.

I also was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata during COVID-19. I lost hair on my crown. When I went to see my GP, he confirmed it. Fortunately, my hair has grown back for now.
I was told that it is an autoimmune disease and not caused by stress. I wore hair toppers and received many compliments, and that helped with my confidence.
