I cried watching your video, you are so beautiful and sweet, I feel you deeply in my heart as I am going through it as well, and is very devastating for us women, I hope we both regrow our hair again

Literally 95% of the videos that I've watched about reversing alopecia areata was from people who focused on be happy. Currently I found two spots in my hair during this pandemic when I was cutting it. So, I am doing two courses diploma and graduation at the same time in another country, working in a very stressful job as a chef, and having exams all together. I think I need to slow down.

I know you probably hear this all the time, youā€™re beautiful with or without hair. Iā€™ve been working on a bald spot right in the front on the top of my head for about 30 years. Iā€™m an old lady, 82 and I shouldnā€™t care but I do. Iā€™m in a panic because I canā€™t cover the front anymore. I donā€™t have a beautiful face like you. Youā€™ve made me feel ashamed so Iā€™m going to get a better attitude.

I also was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata during COVID-19. I lost hair on my crown. When I went to see my GP, he confirmed it. Fortunately, my hair has grown back for now. I was told that it is an autoimmune disease and not caused by stress. I wore hair toppers and received many compliments, and that helped with my confidence.
