Their treatment of characters and stories of the past Star Wars is what caused the apathy and hate for the characters and stories moving forward in the franchise. So who do we have to pay off to have Disney make movies based off the Star Wars The Old Republic online game universe where there is unbelievable content, many lightsabers and spin-off potential and more? If new Republic only has two Sith? The Old Republic has hundreds, each with their own agenda. The Sith can barely hold it together in that Game.

Ryan, people have hated star wars for almost a decade now BECAUSE everyting they produced took place in the Skywalker era. We specifically do NOT want nostalgia. I don't want anyone from the original saga to be touched. We WANT new original stories. People are on the fence about Acolyte because it's an actual chance for good star wars and we are mortally afraid that disney is going to fuсk it up yet again.

I didn't appreciate the prequel movies until I saw the Clone Wars animated series. We forget how incredibly political Star Wars is and TCW helped us understand how deep Anakin and Obi wan's friendship really was. :_Doug:
