Hi. I'm a 54-year old woman sitting on my sofa in a warm, dry home, and drinking a hot cup of tea. I'm enjoying watching your winter adventures of hunkering down under sheets of nylon to protect you from wind, rain and cold. You have a great, indomitable and resilient spirit which I admire as I'm not a camper and really hate the cold.
It's amazing to see you winter camping in the wide-open spaces of the British countryside. I get my outdoor 'fix' vicariously through watching your pursuits, so thanks for bringing us this 'mini 'adventure'. :)

So lovely to see some ancestral Welsh lands through your vids. Well Done WB ! Glad you got some clear and fairly dry days to explore during the soggy season. Quite beautiful ! Love the Nightsky work without the light pollution ! It's always amazing to see what's out there beyond the Blue Marble we inhabit. Thank you for sharing the peacefulness !

Always like watching your content. Some 40 years back I did a special walk from Berlin to Beijing. I had to get special permission due to the transit visas being only 11 days. It took me 1 1/2 years and I walked 6.5 km with a detour or two to see some friends. It was cold! The coldest was -60degC I am now too old to do such things but the memories will always be with me!
I used to say 'Just get out and do it!'.

Claire this was such a stunning and majestic trip you were on this time. The countryside was so stunning and the mountains looked so magical. I liked the enchanted forest you were hiking thru. How do you find such beautiful areas to go and camp at. Thank you for sharing this wonderful trip and I'm glad you were safe. Take care of yourself and I look forward to seeing you in your next adventure. 😊

I'm from Scotland but now live on a small island in Thailand. We used to love going wild camping in Scotland, especially around the Glen Etive area, although it's a little too well known now. Love watching your videos, although ~0°C would be impossibly cold for me now! Anything under 25°C and I freeze. We still regularly "go camping" but we go on a boat and hang out on deserted tropical islands with nothing but monkeys and the stars for company. Ideally with a small bar on the beach for the overnight stop overs. Watching your videos is always a highlight, I'm always impressed how impervious you are to bad weather!!

I watched this and just busted out into tears, my body and mind feels so blocked up and seeing you roam in nature, and the beautiful view of the stars has made me realise just how much I yearn to be out in nature like this. Thank you for sharing this, I love the way you speak out loud to nature, and find beauty in what some may consider mundane, your shifted perspective is really refreshing. ❤
