Love the Sleepy Jackson. To be fair I like all of Luke's work. Had the pleasure of meeting him after an Emoire of the Sun gig and he was lovely. He said more Sleepy Jackson was in the pipeline, but this was before covid hit.

I remember seeing this on video hits. Not liking it at first as I was like 14 and all my mates liked metal and rock. Kept hearing it and ended up downloading the album and it being my secret thing to listen to as it was embarrassing to tell my mates ๐
got my mum hooked and dad in later years and now it's a drive time classic amongst our family.

Theres a very old song in the late 60s - 70s that sounds so similiar to this; same key in E major, same choir voices almost the same verse and chorus structure. Makes me want to find this song. Such a nice sound.

I herd this song years ago and thought it was EOTS and couldn't find it any where, than I remembered the Sleepy Jackson and felt so silly that I got the bands mixed up lol could of been listing to this a lot sooner . I'm so glad I found it again .
