I was there. They are a must to see if they play within 100 miles of where you live. Saw them play in the middle of a muddy field at a rainy show in VB at a motorcycle rally. Saw them play at a BBQ cook off in Richmond. Saw them play the laser light show in the 70's. Last show was the Days Of Darkness Fest in Baltimore where they headlined. Still playing and making new music. What a great band.

Saw them several times back then. My favorite was seeing Rory Gallagher open for them and I was pressed against the stage front row.

It'll never be anything like back in their heyday with the original lineup. I was lucky enough to see the 1984 version of them live...Albert had left the band at that point. You can't revive the past, but it's good to see Eric and Donald carrying on with the new guys.
