that game was just doomed from draft, im a karthus jungle one trick and I can confidently say lilia/yas/ez/pyke/ad tf all shit on him, lilia too fast you cant land q's, yas passive blocks r dmg, ad tf too fast to kill and just destroys u with gold card autos, ez just too hard to hit with his poke, pyke destroys u and heals in stealth so ulti doesnt execute often. Also you need to go dark harvest on karthus you just wont ever get enough of a lead going aery
