most of these bosses are from the twilight forest. the minotaur, Naga, the floating skeleton, the yeti armor is even from a boss in the twilight forest mod. The other bosses are from the Ather dimension mod as well and the dream world dimension that's made of blocks entirely out of Ather blocks the knight boss and other bosses are also from the Ather so it's a mix of a lot of mods idk how his pc is not exploding. I found out that there's other mods in this video as well so. im not proving anything just saying what mods are in the vid if anyone wants to play them.
