Probably the most level headed rich guy I've seen on youtube. He gives me hope for humanity.

I liked how Joseph stressed the importance of cooking and taking meals together as a family

That man isn’t only monetarily rich, but he’s rich in humility, humanity, and has a sincerity and zest for life that’s rare to see from regular folk let alone someone rich. He’s seems genuinely nice and grateful. He really taught me to just get up and walk away. You don’t have to be on 10 all the time. He’s so calming. I would love to be mentored by him and his wife. ❤

This is what you call a real “Master Class” without a subscription. Thank you, Peter, for being who you are that allows doors to be opened for all of us. Joseph, you are a true inspiration.

This guy isn't like most of Hollywood. He actually knows where the 28lb bag of beans are, in his pantry. & enjoys cooking for family and friends. My point is that, he hasn't forgotten where he came from, & doesn't run his success's over the top of others. He is 1 example of why immigrants are so valuable to our nation. Who would not enjoy being an acquaintance or friends with someone like this, who is so balanced. Thks Peter!

I don’t see a man bragging about what he has. I see is a man proud and grateful of what he has accomplished and over came in his life. No matter what “class” we are in there is always something in your life you can be proud or grateful for.

I have to admit how prejudiced I was before I started watching and instead got a whole new idea about wealthy successful people in Beverly Hills. Joseph's lifejourney, lifestory and lifestyle was truly inspirational and mind-blowing. Wow, what a guy! 🎉👑👏

Holy shit. I think I actually sat next to this guy on a plane once. A trip from NY to LA. The airline upgraded my seat to first class because I had an issue with a previous flight. After the first hour I remember talking to him practically the entire way. He was such an interesting guy. I remember he told me was in the movie business and that he grew up in the Middle East, but I had no idea how successful he really was. Crazy. Awesome guy. Very humble and down to earth. I’d like to hear the full story some day.

'I have to think, what happened if his son got killed in 911, Iraq or in a foreign land and I remind him of that. I have to give him, his space.' The level of humility in that sentence is incredible

If there was any doubt this man was legit it was gone when he offered Peter the guest room in his own home. What a success story of a genuine person. Amazing video as always.. thanks for taking us along.

Joseph was such a mellow, down-to-earth gentleman. It was a pleasure to listen to his stories and his hard-work wisdom.

I have never commented on your videos before, but I loved this video. I loved the fact that a person who immigrated to the USA at 18 yo, appreciated our freedoms more than some that were born in the USA & don't understand the privilege of being born in a free state. This video moved me to tears of thankfulness for his love of our country. Citizens around the world seek what we take for granted everyday. Thank you!

I met Joseph in July 2022 at a restaurant in Nice France while on vacation. Him and his wife were incredibly kind and down to earth people. He kept telling me over and over that I need to get in to real estate developing and that if he could do it all over again he would skip producing movies and go right in to real estate developing. So cool to now see this video pop up and hear more of his story.

I was so surprised that this is my favorite interview so far. The gentleman said so many inspirational and humble things, and I enjoyed it so much. He touched my heart as a human being and I thank him for allowing you and us into his world that was so real. Great job!

Dude as an immigrant from similar parts who also came with nothing and a student visa, this is so inspiring. The main thing he said was how busy we get in the grind and don’t think about what’s good for us.

What a gracious, kind and humble individual Joseph is! If all humanity could look at life like this man, the world would be a better place.

Man… I could have listened to another 6 hours of Joseph … such a fascinating backstory, and what an absolutely amazing outlook on life, on America, on chasing the dream, on motivation… so much to unpack in this one! Such a well done interview!

24:00 my dad was born in Egypt and he feels the same way, his family moved when he was really young and he just never looked back. He loves America now and is super grateful of the opportunity we have here, he invested in real estate to support our family and has an extremely strong work ethic.

This is why YouTube is the most compelling content source available. Peter is brilliant and Joseph understands that implicitly. Bravo Gentleman!
