Hello from Texas. Im a senior citizen and have been going through a very difficult time. I looked up calming music and found your video. I started reading the comments while I was listening and the words of encouragement from people all around the world have been so uplifting. I truly believe this is the first time in months i felt inner peace. Just knowing there are people like me who are struggling with depression or anxiety but they took the time to send beautiful words of support to complete strangers.

I came here because i was have an anxiety/panic attack. I had a mental breakdown 10 years ago. I attempted to take my life but survived. My entire family disowned me. I have since been alone. Just me,my dog and God. I have been fighting so hard to over come this sickness that i have carried with me my entire life. I am 43 and stopped living 10 years ago. Ive never tried music like this but was unable to snap out of my attack so thankful that i found this. Within a few minutes i cld feel my heart start to slow. My body isnt shaking nearly as bad and the tears have finally stopped. Reading through the comments have helped the thoughts stay at bay. If anyone happens to read this i just want you to know that we are in control. Anxiety is not in control. We will not give into this fear in our minds. We are strong even when we feel weak. We fight demons that many dont understand. If you feel alone call out to God. I know sometimes it seems like he is so far away but picture Jesus holding you. Imagine him caressing your head and telling you it will be okay. To give him all your burdens. Our lord and savior is a loving God who will never turn his back on us. May the lord give you peace and comfort 🙏

I’ve listened to this video every night for the past 3 years. I found it while scrolling on the night my dad died hoping to find something to help me sleep.
