Sometimes is a song I wrote while on tour in Asia last year. I had a really bad day dealing with my own anxiety issues and I kind of let it get the better of me. I started writing the song in my hotel room to help me calm down, music has always helped me in that way. For me Its a song about accepting the bad days and trying to stay positive.

‘We all get lost sometimes’

On a serious note I’ve dealt with anxiety issues for most of my life. I still have the odd bad day but over the years and through CBT therapy I’ve learned to get a better handle on it.

I suppose the main thing I’m trying to say here is that it’s important to be open about these things and to seek help if you need it
