Recipe:
milk - 250 ml
live yeast - 25 g
sugar - 1 tbsp
salt
flour - 450 g
vegetable oil - 40 ml
For filling:
sausages
ketchup
Champignon
a tomato
cheese
greens
Take warm milk, add yeast, sugar, salt. Sift the flour, add the yeast milk and vegetable oil to the flour. Knead the soft dough. Lubricate the dough with vegetable oil and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Prepare the filling.
Roll out the dough, put a lid or plate in the middle, wrap sausages on the sides of the sausage and cut the edges of the dough. Lubricate the dough with ketchup and lay out the filling. Bake for 20 minutes at 180C, then add cheese and another 5 minutes in the oven.
