Regardless if you’re religious or not, liberal or conservative, queer or het, I think we can all agree that we live in an oversexed society. At the end of the day, it’s just the patriarchy saying we should all have no boundaries and be available to any and everyone at all times. I’m sick of people saying our bodies mean nothing, that sex means nothing. It’s dangerous even. And I feel like sex has become the primary focus of relationships and even lifestyle. Hookup culture sucks tbh. Being a virgin is completely normal and okay, it’s not shameful.
Let’s normalize thinking there’s more to life than sex.

There could be many reasons she waited. Could be that she just didn't want to, or didn't like anyone enough to, self esteem... I was 24 because I didn't feel comfortable with anyone to, I was really shy. So I didn't get that far in relationships. Everyone does things for thier own reasons.
