Dear Mr. Stenzel, thanks for nice video, if you allow I say two things: one about your saw: teeth&set, they are probably 8-12mm pitch, a bit small for sawing top boards, you can use 20-25 mm pitch teeth with better results, the vibrating sound occasionally produces due to your setting pattern probably +-0 if you set them on modified arrangement, your saw will cut more smooth with less vibration,

Hi , the spruce lumber you were slicing was freshly cut from log ? Or it was dried and seasoned !!

Thanks for this video, I was wondering how boards to make backs and sides such as from a salvaged 1" board of Brazilian rosewood, would be cut to just over thickness for machine planing. I bet a band saw of that quality cost a lot. Can you tell me what the price range of a band saw as shown here might cost?

Hi , i have question about the spruce lumber you were slicing , its freshly cut from log ? Or it was dried and seasoned ! And after slicing the tops do you use then directly or you dry then more ?
