30 years of steady decline with the ANC. They had one job to do (a better life for all) and failed it miserably. People aren't where they were in 1994? What a low bar that is. I guess like the 30% pass rates. Need to do better, man! The Apartheid government had economic sanctions that made economic growth harder, but this lot can't get it done with with no sanctions! South Africans need jobs, education and health services as well as power and drinking water.
