my notes! - Realize that everyone will grow old and forget about you - Everyone that gossips about you will become grandmas and grandpas and won’t care about whatever you did - We don’t have much time; life flies by fast - Don’t take criticism from someone living their rock bottom life - Always the first people to tell you what to do - No successful person has time to hate or care about the haters - Do whatever you want - The people that do the least for you want to control you the most - Set a goal you want to achieve and focus on that instead - You’ll stop caring about everyone else - Don’t talk about it, just do it - These people haven’t lived your life, don’t let them get to you - Where were they when you were at rock bottom - Recognize the difference between the people that actually want to help you and the ones that just want to make you feel bad - Guilt versus shame - People are constantly projecting their own insecurities onto you…don’t take it personal - Are bullies happy? No. They go to bed at night with the same bitter heart. They have to live with themselves, which is the best revenge for you. - If you are focused on the haters, you’re not doing enough - You can’t afford to care - If you have a goal and you’re trying to get there, you’ll get tunnel vision - The people that hate you at the start are the same people asking for advice later - Look at these haters realistically and not with your emotions - Don’t ask “do they like me,” ask if they like themselves - They’re miserable; it doesn’t matter how rich or beautiful they are, it only matters what’s going on inside - Focus your energy on you and what makes you feel good - Wherever your attention goes, your energy flows - Let them gossip, they’re miserable people and they’ll never accomplish anything - If you don’t contribute to my life, you can’t have a say - Pay me and then I’ll feel bad feel free to add your own notes or anything i've missed!
