Ed I feel blessed to be born at a time when I can listen to you , while going through my life.

We all face our own different challenges in life , I am too at a stage of life where it feels hard or sometimes I want to stop trying. Every single song on this album has me so emotional. Grief, depression, anxiety, and breaking out of all those emotions to eventually see the light. Ed Sheeran is one of the best lyricists ever and will always be my favorite <3 Not sure if Ed will read this but his music has had such a positive affect on my mental health.

I'm sorry for the pain Ed endured to lead to this profound album. 2023 has been pretty bad for me and Ed sharing his heart has been immensely helpful to me. While I was battling cancer I had to have 9 Lumbar Punctures (Spinal Taps). They were painful so I was partially sedated but afraid for my life if they found cancer in my spinal fluid. I found this song incredibly accurate for the way I felt as I had the Chemo in my body.
