To everyone who's studying with this music:
Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper, or whatever you need.⌨️
•Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.
I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight

At 39 years old I am learning the most valuable thing in life is being good to myself. Loving myself and being accepting of myself. Being comfortable in my own skin. Know that you are loved simply because you love yourself. Finding someone is such a beautiful experience but its even better when they are sharing not creating or molding you. Take time to travel outside of your comfort zone ( safely) take a few mins to just stop look inhale and release... Enjoy this journey , your journey.

I'm going through absolute shit right now in my life and this comments section made my day ❤️. To all the people here who have left a comment to soothe and give hope to others on the verge of giving up and losing all hope, thank you. Thank you for reminding me that there's some good out there, and there's no reason to lose hope even though life's a shit show now, because shit happens to everyone. Life is very precious, and my life's not over yet, it has just begun.

I've had a really rough week. Nothing particularly bad happened, but the seasonal depression is setting in and it's been hitting me hard. I've struggled every day for a week.
Today, after a good, long cry, I sat down, played this, and got more than 8x my daily writing goal.
Things are going to get better.
Tomorrow morning, I'll put this back on, sit in the sun for a little bit, and figure out a way to move forward. Thank you. <3

The seasons of life change. Some seasons will be filled with success and some will be filled with hardship. It’s the drive to keep pushing forward that makes us exceptional. Remember that you already took the first step today by coming here and attempting to soothe your mood with some soft sounds. You’ve already accomplished something today! Keep the momentum going💕. You’ve all got this.

I have very bad mood swings and lose motivation quickly, but tonight I organized my whole closet (There were piles of old clothes that made me 3 feet taller because of how giant they were) and hung up all my clothes and it looks amazing now. I'm getting more tapestries and posters for my room soon, and my goal is to have created my dream room by the end of 2023. I've spent about a year working on decorating my room to make it look cozy and so far it looks pretty good :)
