She’s an acting genius and an underrated movie star.
The new show was addictive till now but the last two episodes were a bit of a let down from the first 3 episodes.
Especially episode 5 and the focus on Douglas who is the least interesting character on the show.. The scenes where Maxine is drunk were a total miss as well as there’s no way that such a control freak would loosen up that much and diss the Shiny newspaper lady like she did or suddenly jump on Ricky after totally dissing him since the beginning of the show.
The promo hoopla about the great Carol B needs to move to Kristen and Ricky who are the real scene stealers of this super fun show.
Also they seem to have untangled every pending mystery in one go and not in the most satisfying ways.
It’s always a privilege being in virtual company with Kristen Wigg so they better keep these ladies and the whole Palm Royal glam vibe and mystery from the first episodes going!!!
