Much of this chapter lays the groundwork for Cloud's own experience in the lifestream, which has basically no set up in the original game. The planet is literally trying to protect Tifa and show her the truth here but Sephiroth gets the way before that can happen. Of all the moments in the game, this is my favorite sequence. It's the perfect setup for future events in part three.

1:00:17 - This most intimate moment between Cloud Strife & Tifa Lockhart was one of my favorites. I thought they were going for a kiss... until that freaking instigator Yuffie and Cait Sith ruined it. LOL I'm glad that Aerith had given her bestie Tifa the fullest support. I think she had whispered to her, "Keep that memory."

this was great gameplay and reaction, not going to lie; I was really worried about this for you when it came to Cloud or rather sephiroth attacking Tifa!

I'd highly recommend you take some time to get yourself better acquainted/comfortable with Yuffie's capabilities as a Ranged attacker, because she is absolutely broken in some ways when you use her to fight at range. She has access to all four elemental affinities via her ninjutsu, you just cast whichever element you need on her, throw the Shuriken and mash Square and you've basically got spells as standard attacks without even needing materia/MP. I don't even have fire, blizzard, thunder or wind materia on Yuffie because of that instead I stacked her with debuff spells, she'd be a Saboteur in FF13 lingo 😂
