I've been listening to videos like this one for over a year and guess what? I met someone capable of giving and receiving love, affection, and admiration! After years of chasing emotionally unavailable people, I've gotten to the root of all that and have cut off the negative patterns and this guy just appeared in my life. So grateful. It may take some time and self love and work and believing you are worthy of love but those old patterns didn't happen overnight and took years to take hold and develop. Love yourself, allow others to love you, and stop looking and chasing and searching. Trust the universe.

I played this last night when I woke up randomly and it instantly put me back to sleep. I never dream but I did while this was playing and it was of my grandpa who had passed years ago standing with a St. Bernard. I was able to hug him before the dream ended, it felt surreal. He was one of the only people to show me unconditional love when I was growing up and it felt so good to be able to hug him even if it was only in a dream.
