“Stop accepting money from your parents and live like a normal person!” Have you ever thought this way when seeing rich kids’ parents paying all of their bills. Many people have false notions about the lives of wealthy children. But what would you do if you were born into such a family? Wouldn't you embrace the opportunities you could have? In this video, Albina opens up about the reality of growing up with financial privilege. She discusses how her family's financial and emotional support has simplified her life and addresses questions from viewers about her personal experiences as a new money kid.

Money can’t buy you happiness but it sure can buy you time and chances to try new paths and solve many issues.

I thought that I would share my experience a bit. Now mind you my family is not very rich, at least not anymore because the industry my parents were in mostly dried up in 2008, along with more artistic practices, but because of their hard work I got a pretty privileged childhood which I didn't realize I had until recently. I got to go to a small Montessori school in the heart of my city, but this school instead of just being filled with the rich parents that work in finance and just want to put their kid in private school, was filled with parents that were top professors at some of the best universities in the world, amazing artists and musicians, business owners from tons of diverse industries, people like that. Basically a hidden gem of a school that valued creativity, freedom, art, leadership, and kindness. It isn't well known, hardly on any lists of top private schools, but those who went to it and know about it know. And so thanks to that I grew up with kids and their parents who valued 'culture', and so I went to museums, art galleries, and parks constantly, and also grew up in a house that valued learning and art (as artists themselves). I then went to public school after a few years of private so that I could expand my social circle. All of this to say that while my family went from pretty wealthy to not as much anymore, and the experiences and mannerisms are still ingrained in my childhood and in my mind, and so I never quite fit in anywhere, not with those who grew up struggling to make ends meet, and not with rich kids that can afford anything they want. It's a strange in between but I wouldn't change it for the world, and that thankfully I can share my experience with my soon to be fiance who went through a very very similar experience. I'm glad that I got the 'rich kid' experiences that I got as a kid, and I'm glad that I have had multiple jobs and have earned the things that I have and have created a small fund of investments which I'm trying not to sell while in university, while also paying for it mostly myself. I would love to hear if anyone else went through a similar experience, or to just share yours here! All the best and have a great day everyone!

Im glad you are confident in your privilege and not letting anybody make you feel bad for it. They wouldn't feel bad if they were rich so why should you or anybody else feel bad for being rich. It truly makes no sense

This is AMAZING. Not only is the setup great, the whole theme - which feels like I'm invited to a rich kid's private inner circle initiation party - but you also bring everything in such a respectful manner. I find it quite horrible how rich people receive so much hate, criticism and judgement from people who are not living a wealthy life. It's not the fault of the rich that people are broke and struggling, yet they still choose to be a mad hater instead of doing something about it. Everything is a choice after all and choosing to live a miserable and unhappy life will only cause you to remain broke in more ways than just financially. While rich kids may be blessed and more privileged than most people, too many non-rich people forget to appreciate their own blessings. Great video, I'm looking forward to the next episodes!

I respect the fact your parents had forethought and setup a trust. Beautiful thing.

I love how she's so classy with the responses because she didn't have to be. It's literally HER money, she could spend it however she wants. ❤❤❤

Love the aesthetic. Also many people with a „normal” financial background are still dependent on their parents until and into their late 20s.

I asked my mom to please pay for my 5$ Uber since I’m in college and don’t make any money, she said to go get a job and to not act “spoiled”💀💀

I LOVE THIS. /Not rich, was DEFINITELY NOT. A rich kid. But I am taking advantage of the good moments and hard work that comes to me. So that hopefully when I have kids. They have the same experience as Albina. 😊 I love how she brings up the thing about friends and just cashing out and experiencing life for her birthday. Being kind and helpful to others. (Deservingly) Has put me in a place where I can save nearly all of my money and focus on bettering our lives .. all together. Similarly any gathering I have not only is a good time for everyone but it helps everyone come to a place where they can exchange help/needs wants. If you win socially, you can win at anything. IN MY OPINION.

My parents are solidly middle class. They institutionalized me because I was outspoken about their abuse (p.a.,e.a.,s.a. ...). Now I'm in adult entertainment and see them on fb still living comfortably with my siblings qnd extended family. Its hard to not hate wealth because of this; So I really empathize with you saying if you do have better you hope to share that with your children. That's how it should be. ❤

both episodes are amazing so far Albina 🥺🥺 One thing that I think could elevate the watching experience would be subtitles, I know you can turn them on on YT but they kinda ruin the beautiful aesthetic of the video.. And they make it easier to absorb all the info 💗 Can't wait for what's to come!!

I really appreciate you sharing your story with the world and I am so glad you are being so honest. You made me realize how I want to and will raise my children when I get to the point where your parents were. I don't want to deprive my children of the chance to become successful on their own and I don't want them to be spoiled.

Hey this is such a good video ever since I moved to the UK 10 years ago I try to stear clear of anything that show my wealth because all I get is envy from people. I wouldn‘t tell people that I am living alone and not have any roomates (Which is common over here as a twenty something), I go as far as even moved to a less “posh” area so I can legitimately tell people that I am just “as normal” as them. I don‘t want to be judge by my family background. BUT ANYWAY A MUCH NEEDED CONVERSATION and perspective thank you xx I need to learn to have more self-accptance again.
