Woman, you're a beautiful, excellent physique, individual, if you have any insecurities and thats a big if, it's cause someone berated, belittled or degraded you mentally and pounded that into your head. My insecurities are actually visible and with how the world/society places visual physical attributes on how visible they are (i.e. a crooked smile/tooth missing, smooshed up or down nose, etc) those are huge insecurities and unless I have money to fix them, im stuck with them. So yea, the world and myself can see those insecurities and they arent going to overlooked anytime soon.
