Oh Man, you've made me cry.
For me, father of two young girls, the story of Karen is shocking and inspiring at the same time. I can't imagine what she's been through but she found her peace and new aim. That is so good and I'm so happy about that even that I don't know her personaly.
I am writing this because it is your merit that the story is so touching and shows the heroine's drama. A well-written script, which is a huge and important part of our work.
The pictures are great, they show the technical aspect of slackline and its difficulty. In addition, it shows this sport from every perspective, not just the final over the precipice.
the sound also does a great job! the sounds of climbing carabiners, Karen's very clear voice and sensationally selected music build the atmosphere of the whole movie.

I almost sold my BMPCC6K and now I am keeping it and I thank you for that! A good film does not entirely rely on an expensive cinema camera. If you know how to use your tool, regardless the lack of certain specs and low selling price, you can make a beautiful story, a film, an art! Thank you for this beautiful short!

Great work Sjoerd. 'My Meditation' is captivating, moving, and inspiring. And in reference to the title - it is true filmmaking; It's so refreshing when the technical tool (the BMPCC 6k Pro in this instance) is not upstaging the subject. I truly felt immersed in the story and felt that it came first here. Karen is the hero, and her journey and being is healing to so many people. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.
