A delightful weekend of weather continues today for most of the United States, but severe weather potential exists from the Ohio Valley into the Mid-Atlantic region for this afternoon/evening. A much more substantial severe weather outbreak is possible for both Monday & Tuesday this week. All modes of severe weather... tornadoes, large to very large hail, and strong damaging winds will be possible both days. You can get a cheap 100 watt glass solar panel and wire up a 12 volt DC car charger USB terminal to it and not worry about charging phones, flashlights, running NiMH battery chargers and charging power bricks at your home for many years as long as it`s daytime. These still supply about 8 watts even on very cloudy days and that`s plenty for a 5w Onite lightbulb or fan and for charging many devices. Always have backup for crucial things like fans and chargers, radios, etc.
