I'm literally obsessed with the original version but also I LOVE the funky lil beat in this one. this one makes the song sound so much happier and I LOVE when songs with sad lyrics do that. all in all, no matter the version I literally love this song.

I like to think of this as a song about overwhelming situations where you just canât cope with them and you start shutting down⌠The worst part is that 1) you break down in places where everyone else can deal with like grocery stores and youâre the one sticking out by panicking over ânothingâ
and 2) you want it to stop happening , but youâre too reluctant to make the effort to help cope with it

There are times when everything seems to fall apart, and the only thing we can do is to try not to cry in front of people. Kudos to this version. Yes, I like the original version, but this one is also a banger. This song describes what I'm feeling right now, and seeing how people in the comments feel the same thing as what I feel right now somehow makes me think that I am not alone. To me, it feels like the earlier version represents going through a hard time, while this one feels like thinking back at it and feeling happy to have survived that difficult moment. I love the contrast between the sad melody and this happier melody!

The first version of this song released back when I was going through an extremely rough time and it helped me through it. Hearing this remix makes me feel like Iâve made it through it all, and Iâm thankful for discovering it. This song is like a brand new story in itself. In the beginning it makes me think of the feeling like you don't have anybody to talk to because of the quiet muffled guitar. Towards the beat and lyrics feel like smiling through the pain and just overall distracting yourself because of how upbeat it is, and how the lyrics have such a meaning. Towards the end it feels almost like the final realization that you can't go on how you have been, and you start to get better. Overall, this version was SO GOOD! GOOD JOB CAVETOWN <3
