If you look at an actual translation of the game it is actually geared towards teenagers. Lots of deaths and adult themes (like porky and his brother being abused) are omitted from the English version as well several other things. The runway five basically being the blues brothers. The hospital crosses were also removed to avoid being sued by red cross. Also the design of the cultists hats were changed because the developers didn't want them to look like the KKK. Oh another fun fact is that when it was localized in the us many enemy names were changed. For example duck became mad duck in English because it appealed to younger kids. Also Mr satruns language in Japan was one of the devs kids hand writing. Anyway this video is so old no one will probably see this but if you somehow do thanks for reading through this mess of text.
