On going. My bank sold. Iโve 3 years and 36k from paying it off,with a 12k line attached to the house. This new bank insists I sign a mortgage at 10% for a 1000 a month for 10 years. Yesterday I told them they could keep the house. Thereโs zero way I am signing that.

I'm so glad Peter Schiff said what he said about how we're importing goods and exporting worthless I Owe You notes, because I legitimately thought I was the only one that saw it. I would tell my coworkers that I have zero issues with the national debt skyrocketing if the US was getting vital raw materials like semiconductors, plastic, fertilizer, rare earth elements, etc. Because in the long run, if you have all the physical resources, you win, the other nations have disarmed themselves willingly
