Compared to what exactly? The vast majority of this quest series is time spent processing materials and constructing the buildings.

The quest was amazing and I was getting into the dialogue and story.. however I'm currently stuck on the puzzle and it ruined it for me. I've been working on it for about a hour and looking up several guides. I had to get a beer and try not to pull my hair out. Unfortunate.
