I have been struggling with anxiety for a long time now. It’s worse that bullies have been bullying me physically and mentally. These videos help me fall asleep at night. Zac, have been listening to your trax every night for about a year now. I was able to get rid of my fear of not sleeping/insomnia and reduced my sleep meds by 50%! Sleepy Falls and this one are my favorites. I love the layering of sounds to create a rich atmosphere. Sometimes I even trip myself out! This one evokes the wonder of The Deep so beautifully... It's even a little scary! I hear whales talking, large animals breathing (or is that me scuba diving?)! There's a large mammal that swims close by with a few deep breathes... It's a little frightening! No high pitched noises, crickets or suddenly loud sound to take you out of being almost unconscious! Zac, thank you for your generosity in sharing your remarkable talent with us! You have changed my life. I used to go days without sleeping, imagine that. You're the WOW in his life!

I love these. Cant wait to show my son next time I see him. He loves falling asleep together with these playing in the background. He calls it sleepy time music. My Papa passed away this weekend and I imagine him in tranquility as peaceful and beautiful as this.
