Google says that 432hz induces Sleep… I need frequencies that wake me up and clear my head of brain fog. Not sure if 432hz is the one for this purpose. Please explain why you think that is the frequency to help mental clarity? Also how do you put alpha and theta waves into music? Thank you for any info on this. Blessings & love~

Awesome, I take a medication that gives you brain 🧠 fog and it's hard sometimes to get up. I am going to give it a try when I wake up early in the morning and maybe I will get something done 😘
