I remember the blue flag beaches and when they were so proud that you could catch fish in the river Thames after centuries of raw sewage being pumped into it.. The tories don't think the government has any responsibility to look after the citizens of the UK.Just farm it all out to private equity companies and make the public pay the tab.. If you want no public services and low taxes, you might as well move to Costa Rica. At least the weathers better there..

Because this government simply fine the water authority, then the water authorities simply pass the fine on to the customers, by raising your annual water bill.... It's win win, all companies would like to have that financial arrangement in place
