A couple coats of rubberized undercoating on the backside of the fender liners will cut down on tire noise and look better if you can see them from under the good. If it doesn't change the visible tone of the paint being white a few coats of it on the back of the fenders and quarters too.
It also looks like a good time to do some rust prevention with those panels off.
