Tbh i do Pokemon Video Game Competitions i did well in Worlds in 2019 OK i wasnt expecting to go top 6 but i ended up top 20, then 2020 before covid hit i was going through very very rough patches split up with girlfriend who i was dating for 7 years, lost my father due to a heart attack later thats where my life got tougher, then went Pokemon World Champions in London last year which was big deal for me in Home soil but i didnt even make it into top 50 i was so disappointed in myself but i strive to get better in mean time i been finding new things to get my mental health in check such as going to the gym as regular as i can so i can be healthy. I play football (soccer to you americans) as well, I'm keeping healthy as best I can next year. I want to Pokemon comps so I can try and win Worlds. Im also a huge Iron Maiden fan recent years i gone from the UK to see them in Europe and people i met are amazing

First of all Doc, you look absolutely gorgeous! This was a really good video. To go back to the very beginning and describe what good mental health is and what bad mental health is extremely important. It reminds me what I'm striving to achieve in my own battle with mental health and it clarifies for me when I'm having a good day versus having a bad day. I literally can't remember when I had a good mental health day and you just describing what that looks like is very refreshing :) Thanks for all your content I find it really interesting.

Great video. Thx. It would be great to see a video this month on recognizing someone living in Survival Mode. The causes, signs/symptoms, strategies to help live with someone in this mode. Do we try to help them out of it? Or are there ways to have them become aware of it? It’s hard to watch these people be stuck in this mode. Thx.

There is an old saying, "If the only tool you have is a hammer, you will start treating all your problems like a nail.” This quote dates back to 1964 and Abraham Kapla
