Known for its crisp, on-point designs and admirable in-house watchmaking, Germany’s NOMOS Glashütte has blossomed in recent years. Today, its collection takes in watches suitable for the variety and pace of modern life in all its formats, flushed through with pleasing aesthetic details and robust engineering.
In this episode of About Time, we assemble a three-watch wardrobe with a trio of NOMOS’s most versatile and characterful timepieces. For work, there’s the urbane styling of the Metro Date Power Reserve; for kicking back, the breezy Club Campus with its “California” dial has us covered; and for getting active, it’s the bracelet-bound Tangente Sport Neomatik, a watch whose rugged functionality takes nothing away from that unique and ineffable NOMOS charm. As we discover, it’s a true strength of the company’s skills in design and concepting that each watch could itself cover the work-rest-play remit on its own.

Junghans and Nomos. I'm not a watch connoisseur but when it comes to design, nothing beats those brands imho. Just a different breed of watches. Beautiful.
