Since 2018, I have asked thousands of random people to sing with me on camera. A lot of people have said no, some have said no initially but changed their minds to yes, and some have said yes right away. I ask these people to sing with one purpose: to create a way for them to experience a sense of happiness and freedom they did not feel before. And much of the time, this actually works (and that makes ME happy).

First girl... You got it! Maybe she was laughing because she was nervous or even she was taken aback by how powerful her voice is. Totally impressive! I don't know how this guy keeps his cool around all this talent. I would be yelling and screaming like a groupie for some of these people. And I love how the lady that followed her kept the vibe and the spirit up. I think I'm gonna download an activist's playlist.

Thank you so much for doing this. The first young lady (Qui’ora) is my daughter that was the first time that I have seen her sing outside of a school setting or at home. I love that fact that she is getting out of her comfort zone. I have been trying to get her to pursue singing for a number of years and she doesn’t think she has what it takes. She had no ideas this was on YouTube , until I shared this video with her. When she read the encouraging comments left about her she became emotional and started crying. She could not believe it. Thank you all. I hope this pushes her to make a few videos of her own and post them. I would love for everyone to enjoy her voice as I do at home. I love her appreciation for all genre’s of music.
