Saw Keane on Feb. 11th in Amsterdam, final leg of their tour and just before the world changed. I have honestly in my life hardly heard ANYONE sing better than Tom Chaplin did that night. And I have seen a lot of live performances in my life. So in tune, so bright, powerful, understated, emotional and moving yet so unmechanical, effortless and natural. It was one of the best vocal performances I’ve seen live in my life. Anyone who reads this and was there that night, will concur.
