After the workout ended, I couldn't stop sobbing. I was overwhelmed by how far I've come. I have been overweight my entire life, and this is the first time I've been in a positive mindset to get fit without defining my self-worth by my weight. Up until now, I didn't quite realize how much my life became a sort of complacency rooted in the shadow of self-discontentment. As I was fighting at the workout's end, the lyrics of the last song by Jimmy Eat World hit me some kind of different:
It just takes some time.
Little girl, you're in the middle of the ride.
Everything, everything'll be just fine.
Everything, everything'll be alright, alright."
I've lost 120 pounds in the course of a bit over a year, and I am now able to do workouts I could've never imagined myself physically capable of doing. I really am in the middle of the ride. It really does take some time. And I realize, everything will be just fine.

I really need to say, I was struggling a lot with depression and anxiety lately and I let myself go. I found your channel and I have so much fun doing this that I slowly get back into working out because of you and it feels so good. I really want to support you more and be a VIC but right now I struggle to get food on the table for my 8 months old :( but as soon as I get my job back I promise I will give you the support you deserve because you helped me and keep helping me eveyday with your work out <3

I don't usually comment on YouTube, but with this one, I REALLY wanted to say something. Ever since quarantine started I've been struggling a lot with my weight loss journey, I couldn't find a workout that really got me, I don't like working out so it was even MORE difficult. Until I found this channel!! It's so fun to do and see how I can move my body with the music I'm into, I never thought it would be possible. Thank you so much!!

This is like putting cheese on Broccoli for kids to get them to eat it but instead it's punk music to trick millenials to work out. It's very much doing it for me.
