My interpretations on this song:
"Blood still stains when the sheets are washed, sex dont sleep when the lights are off" sa/rape. She tries to hide it bc shes probebly ashamed and blames herself.
"Kids are still depressed when you dress them up" you can try anything to make someone feel different about things, but if theyre depressed they will be no matter what you try.
"Syrup is still syrup in a sippy cup" you can make things look better by trying to make it sound nicer, but it stays the way it is.
"He's still dead when youre done with the bottle" alcoholism. People keep drinking after someones death but that doesnt change the fact that theyre not there anymore.
"Blood money, blood money. How did you affort this ring that i love honey? "Just another shift at the drug company" he doesnt think im that fucking dumb does he" he's a criminal, he steals money and wont admit.
"You call that ass your own, we call it silicone" plastic surgery addiction, or insecurities so you change yourself.

Women in the modeling industry will eat cotton balls with juice in them to starve their self to try and keep them skinny because it apparently helps you "feel full" but there has been models that have died from it because it's really dangerous.
