This week, my anxiety has shot higher than almost any time because my dog (also my assistance dog for my disabilities) just got diagnosed with aggressive cancer. She's only 5. You never know what's going to happen next week, or even in the next minute. Embrace your here and now (I know, way easier said than done, and something I struggle with massively myself)
