I remember when I first saw this (late 1980s). It was like a revelation.
But it was nothing compared to seeing them live. Wow!
EN, along with TG, SPK and some other acronymyous bands are truly the progenitors of so much of today's music. And were so much more original than most acts nowadays too.

I personally don't care if this is hipster-ish thing you can say but I love that 98% of people who listen to this don't understand it and think of it as just noise. To me that's great and beautiful, E.N is the sound of that time in west berlin, so they played what they heard everyday on the streets. E.N are a great musicians too.
